Thank you so much Phil for what was a brilliant piece of work. We are still recovering from the trauma of a 70 foot tree landing on our house in the dead of night, but what you and your team did was a brilliant contribution to our ability to cope with it all. Your planning of the operation was creative and meticulous and the operation was carried through in a very orderly, gentle and organised manner. -Even the chainsaws seemed to have silencers because what they were doing was so positive. We were encouraged and uplifted to some degree in all the chaos and devastation as we watched the beginning of order coming out of disaster. You were right to send us away from the site while you did the impossible with the main stem. However, If you did happen to video this operation we would now be very glad to see it now please. Through this speedy operation Your team were impressively understanding and their calmness, smiling courtesy and understanding helped us enormously in coping with what could so easily have been a fatal event. We were sorry that we were in no state at the time to thank them as we would have wished. Please tell Paul and his team that they did more than shift an impossible tree. They did a great deal in the way they went about their work to help two victims through their bewilderment. Best wishes, M

Also, there were builders at my neighbours & I asked them to look at my roof whilst they were there, they did & said it would cost at least £5k. I was really worried as I could't afford that much & wanted to make sure they were telling the truth! Sean downed tools and went up the ladder to clarify, Sean confirmed what they said is true and that the work does need doing. I am very grateful and as far as I'm concerned he's gone above and beyond, he is a very kind & caring person

Hello, I would just like to very much thank the crew - Phil and his lovely boys - when they came to the rescue of my husband, when he fell in the road outside Jack's Patch yesterday. They were all extremely kind and helpful and we are very grateful to them. H was seen at Torbay Hospital and they found he had a couple of tiny fractures to his eye socket, but apart from an enormous black eye that developed and feeling a bit sore, he is doing ok. I rang Teign Trees to come and do an estimate to reduce a wild overgrown Devon hedge to a manageable level for the yearly tractor cut. It was about 20ft high in places, about 100ft long, with the odd tree as well. You came round within 2 days to do the estimate and the team was back to do the job within the week. Teign Trees were very competitive with their pricing, they did the job in one day with 4 men working all day. The day they came I had to go to Manchester so left them to it. When I returned, I was so pleased with the result, they did a superb job and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Brilliant, thank you.
