Glorious Garden Room

For this project our customer required an 'Arts and Crafts' room with the addition of a covered porch for a hot tub to be added in the future. 

The Palm tree nearest to the garden room was moved, by our tree teams, away from the garden room to maximise the natural light into the room. 

Our customer was after anthracite grey hardie plank cladding - cement board. The roof was constructed using 4” rafters, 12mm OSB sterling board, with felt and anthracite fascia.

Other options for the roof finish would be a rubber roof.
